SANFXALGO provides algorithmic trading software and related digital services. Since these are digital products delivered electronically, all sales are generally considered final once access to the software or service has been provided.
Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:
All refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the payment date.
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
Trading results depend on market conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
Users may cancel their subscription or service at any time by contacting SANFXALGO support. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not automatically qualify for a refund of previous payments.
If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method.
